I work with clients who have some symptoms of or meet the criteria for Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, or Major Depressive Disorder. I also work with clients who are struggling with life transitions (i.e., adjusting to university, career changes), relationship issues, and body image issues.
If you don't have any mental health diagnosis but would like to improve your decision-making skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills, or coping skills, I can also work with you to develop these practical skills. It is evident that mastery of these skills can contribute to improved wellbeing and quality of life.
I have 5 years of experience working with adolescents and adults of various cultural backgrounds and sexual identities. Currently, I am only taking clients aged 16 and above.
